Resumo:
This research project aims to study the agricultural production process of coffee, understanding all phases of processing, and the growth / development of weeds in the crop, called weeds. This analysis is being carried out using real data provided by IAPAR (Instituto Agronômico do Paraná), which numerically reflects the occurrence of these plants in different areas of coffee cultivation. With this analysis, we study some statistical methods to describe the relative incidence of such plants in agroforestry (Moringa oleífera) and full sun systems. Thus, we forecast the incidence of weeds in the analyzed areas and bring a way of visualizing these data for the users of the system to be developed in this work. The motivation for the development of this research is related to the fact that studies about the incidence of weeds is quite recurrent in agronomy, mainly in the coffee crop; however, studies related to the prediction of its incidence has been attracting interest from the literature, being, then, the focus of this research work.
